Duties & Responsibilities

Provide locum tenens coverage for ongoing NICU needs due to department restructuring. Manage acute and chronic neonatal conditions, including ventilation management. Perform required procedures such as exchange transfusions, UVC/UAC placement, and intubation. Provide care for pediatric patients requiring ventilation management (preferred). Work collaboratively within an all-RN department to manage a 45-bed NICU.
