We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Manager to join our NE Soapatopia team in Lincoln, NE. The ideal candidate will be customer service driven, possess technical knowledge of tunnel car washes, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while effectively leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the daily operations and management of the tunnel car wash facility.
• Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain tunnel car wash equipment.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to achieve operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work effectively in all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff.
