Multi-concept catering & events manager

The Toro, Toro, Toro, Inc. group is looking for an ideal candidate to fill the "Catering & Events Manager" position with our organization. This will include oversight of all 6 BelAir Cantina locations, Fuel Cafe, HiHat on Brady, The Garage, Balzac Wine Bar, and Finks. The Catering & Events Manager is responsible and accountable for the Catering & Event Program activities. The Catering & Events Manager ensures that all activities are consistent with and supportive of the goals of the company.

We're looking for someone that has a proven track record of excellent time management skills, impeccable organization, someone that is a self-starter, and someone that is passionate about executing amazing events. This is a Salaried Position that will earn a salary AND Commissions based on sales revenue produced!

The ideal candidate will also have:

• At least 3 years of managing Catering & Events experience.
• Able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week; able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the Catering & Events Program effectively.
• Travel to other stores within the company will be necessary at times.
• Must be able to work weekends, early events, late night events.
• Valid Drivers License.
