Are you an experienced caregiver looking for a consistent daytime schedule? Preferred Care at Home of Virginia Beach is looking for compassionate and dependable PCAs and CNAs to provide quality in-home care to seniors.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and agency policies.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Promote client dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Follow care plans and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Current CNA certification or PCA credentials appropriate to the position.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care.
