Where Hope Begins and Change Is Possible
North Range Behavioral Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
The 180° Youth Outpatient Program is an integrated, intensive treatment program designed to support youth with serious mental health needs and their families. Serving youth transitioning from inpatient hospitalization or experiencing mental health challenges, 180° provides coordinated, compassionate care that meets families where they are. Our program promotes health youth, safe homes, and strong families through a comprehensive range of services, including individual and group therapy, family and parenting groups, court and community advocacy, and psychiatric services with medication evaluation and management. Treatment is collaborative, family-centered, and focused on long term stability and growth. At 180°, we help children, teens, and families build the skills needed to support positive mental health, strengthen relationships, and foster resilience, so they can feel confident, connected, and hopeful about life. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
