THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A MEDICAL SCRIBE

This position offers full-time or part-time opportunities with varying schedules between 8 AM and 8 PM, seven days per week, and requires availability for at least four days per week, including weekends.

As our full-time or part-time Medical Scribe, you'll work alongside healthcare providers to help keep patient visits running smoothly and efficiently. Throughout your day, you'll accurately document clinical encounters, enter patient orders, prepare referrals, and ensure vital information is recorded with precision and professionalism. Your attention to detail and knowledge of medical terminology will help support seamless clinic operations while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance standards.

OUR IDEAL MEDICAL SCRIBE

• Previous work experience, shadowing, or internship experience in a hospital, doctor's office, or medical facility
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong computer and technology proficiency
• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week, including weekends
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance regulations

Bilingual candidates who speak Spanish or Bengali are strongly preferred.
