Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical oncology care to patients in outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth settings
• Collaborate with hematology/medical oncologists, nurse navigators, social workers, genetic counselors, and palliative care physicians
• Manage treatment plans, chemotherapy, and supportive care for oncology patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care
• Ensure continuity of care through ongoing patient follow-up and communication
