JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Esthetician to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge and experience in skincare treatments, a strong commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to provide personalized esthetic services in a professional and welcoming environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin care therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to develop customized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to enhance treatment results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best possible service.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Master Esthetician license in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a licensed esthetician, preferably in a spa or medical spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.
