Manufacturing operations manager

A manufacturer located in Telford, PA is searching for a Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, defining and implementing the operations strategy, structure and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities include leading Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Machine and Tooling - ensuring efficient workflows are in place to maximize productivity and performance. Responsible for ensuring all key measures are met from business and plant operations. Promoting and leading matters related to safety and health, labor control, equipment, material, and processes.

Job Requirements: BS degree; Minimum 7 years management experience, 5 years of which are in a manufacturing / production environment; Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team; Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking; Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

Salary: $140K; Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm; In person, In Office. #IND
