Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• Value hospitality, excellence and integrity.
• Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate. If you do not please visit: https://dor.sc.gov/alcohol-beverage-licensing-abl/recognized-training-programs to attain before applying.
• Works to recruit, develop, “coach and teach” the staff.
• Build sales, control costs and help create memories for all our guests.
• A training background, and solid P&L skills are a plus.
• Candidate must be a true believer in the company and its product and be able to share their passion with our guests and colleagues.
• Must be honest and genuine with an ownership-driven mentality and a hands-on attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Composed problem-solving ability.
• Minimum 5 plus years fine dining restaurant experience as a Manager.
