Job Description

This dynamic role is part of a dedicated team focused on strengthening alignment between the centralized Revenue Cycle organization and its enterprise stakeholders.

Role Overview

As the Manager-Revenue Cycle Enterprise Partnership & Engagement, you will serve as a consultative leader and strategic relationship partner, fostering trusted partnerships and advancing customer engagement strategies. You'll lead a team of consultants to ensure revenue cycle priorities are effectively communicated and sustained across hospitals, physician groups, service lines, and enterprise partners, driving alignment and measurable outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Lead a team of consultants to foster trusted partnerships and advance customer engagement strategies.
• Support the adoption of operating models and ensure performance alignment across enterprise stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication of revenue cycle priorities and ensure sustained understanding.
• Identify and escalate stakeholder concerns, translating them into actionable plans that support enterprise goals.
• Oversee relationship management, governance participation, change adoption, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
• Develop team capability, allocate resources, and coach consultants to build trusted partnerships.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include business, healthcare administration, industrial or related engineering, nursing, organizational development, information systems, analytics, computer science, or data science.
• Six (6) or more years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, Revenue Cycle, consulting, business transformation, performance improvement, project or program leadership, analytics, technology enablement, strategy development, or related work.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Five (5) or more years of revenue cycle and healthcare experience, preferably in a large, complex, integrated healthcare organization.
