NetApp is seeking a United States-based Manager, Solutions Architects to lead a high-performing team of technical pre-sales professionals focused on Data Infrastructure Insights (DII) and NetApp Data Services. This team supports Enterprise and Strategic accounts by helping customers uncover high-value use cases, assess current-state infrastructure challenges, shape solution strategies, and accelerate adoption of NetApp’s intelligent Data Infrastructure portfolio.
In this role, you will guide the team in delivering trusted technical leadership, outcome-based solution architecture, effective technical validations, and customer-ready recommendations that help strategic customers improve visibility, optimize operations, strengthen resilience, and realize measurable business value from DII and NetApp Data Services.
The ideal candidate is a strong people leader and customer-facing technical strategist who can translate complex infrastructure, observability, capacity, cost, cyber resilience, and data services requirements into clear execution plans. We are part of NetApp’s global technical pre-sales organization, helping Enterprise and Strategic customers modernize, operate, secure, and optimize their data infrastructure. Our team works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and partner teams to connect customer priorities with practical technical strategies. Stay current on DII capabilities, NetApp Data Services, hybrid data infrastructure, observability, automation, cyber resilience, and enterprise account outcome motions.
