As the region’s only Level I adult and pediatric trauma center and a critical safety-net hospital, Harborview must sustain uninterrupted 24/7 operations while undergoing significant campus transformation. This role ensures that patient care delivery, staff safety, and critical hospital functions are protected during construction, while also supporting the safe, efficient activation of newly completed clinical spaces.
The Manager of Clinical and Capital Integration is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical and operational activities required to maintain safe, continuous hospital operations during construction, utility disruptions, and the activation of new care areas associated with the Harborview Medical Center (HMC) 2020 Bond Program, HMC capital projects, and daily construction activities.
The manager will also partner closely with clinical leaders, facilities, infection prevention, emergency management, and external partners, including King County and construction teams, to mitigate risk, minimize disruption, and ensure operational continuity.
