Position Summary

MIRACORP is seeking a Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will supervise teams providing technical assistance and training to support completion of assigned work and effective communication with the Project Supervisor. This position is in support of Department of State, Directorate of Passport Services. This position is contingent upon contract award

Essential Functions

• Supervise assigned technical assistance and training teams and coordinate their work.
• Coordinate team efforts and resource allocation to support assigned work.
• Serve as a liaison between team members and the Project Supervisor.
• Identify resource needs and coordinate access to the resources required to complete work.
• Communicate work priorities and resource constraints to appropriate personnel.
• Follow up on coordination issues that affect team progress.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience; or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with the U.S. Department of State is preferred.
