Maintenance manager

Manages Maintenance department consisting of maintenance Supervisors, Skilled Trade Workers, Tools and Facilities. Support all plant regular, preventative, and needed maintenance on assembly lines, machines, and cells Provides leadership, support and feedback to supervisors and skilled trade workers with respect to goals and performance. Implements continuous improvements and cost saving opportunities utilizing lean principles Establish a common lean organization and support all Inteva policies and procedures Institutionalize best practices and share lessons learned Controls attendance, cost and inventories REQUIRED · 7 years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, automotive experience preferred · Ability to lead and motivate employees · High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others · High level of analytical ability where problems are complex · High level of oral and written communication skills · Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures · Ability to interpret blueprints/engineering drawings · Application knowledge of quality control procedures
