What You'll Do

As a Home Care Professional, you'll provide compassionate personal care and companionship while helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help with toileting and incontinence care
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide medication reminders and cues for self-administered medications
• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Practice infection control and safety procedures
• Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Cambodian/Khmer
• HHA, CNA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to work independently while following each client's individualized care plan
