Lunch/Recess Supervisor - Noyes

The role of the Lunch/Recess Supervisor is to monitor the daily routines of students both in the lunch setting and/or on the playground.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily routines of the cafeteria and/or playground;
• Responsible for the maintenance of playground equipment;
• Notify teachers/administration of any challenging behaviors of students;
• Supports the social/emotional needs of students and behavior plans;
• Assist students with basic needs during lunchroom duties such as cutting food, opening packages and cleaning up spills;
• Take children to the restroom or school nurse as needed;
• Answer questions from students and staff;
• Administer basic first-aid as needed;
• Other related duties as assigned.

Classification: Substitute Rate in line with ESPAS Level 4 Unit Position

Hiring is contingent upon a successful CORI and fingerprinting clearance.

Hours: 10:25-12:50 daily (with the exception of early release Wednesdays)
