As a Hospice LPN, you’ll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with patients and families while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care.
At Hillcrest, our mission is simple: Inspiring people to live their best lives. In hospice, that means helping every patient experience comfort, dignity, and compassionate care throughout their journey.

As a Hospice LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with each patient’s individualized hospice plan of care.
What Do You Need to Be Considered?
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
- Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
What Does Hillcrest Have to Offer?

- Professional development opportunities, including tuition reimbursement, certifications, and career-growth programs.
- Dayforce Wallet — choose when you get paid.

- Opportunities for continued growth within Hillcrest Health & Living.
- The opportunity to do meaningful work alongside a team committed to compassionate care.
Why Hillcrest Hospice?
Some nursing roles allow you to care for a patient. Hospice nursing allows you to care for an entire family.
You’ll have the opportunity to slow down, listen, build relationships, and provide the clinical care and reassurance patients and families need during an incredibly important time.
If you are an LPN who values compassion, connection, dignity, and meaningful patient care, we would love to meet you.
