Full-Time or Part-Time Nights 7pm-7:30am, every third weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on patient care within scope of practice, including administering medications, supporting comfort needs, and assisting with treatments and interventions.
• Contribute to admission assessments by collecting and documenting patient data, and collaborate with RNs and the care team to implement care plans, monitor progress, and support safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Provide input during rounding and communicate changes in patient condition promptly to ensure timely clinical response.
• Support safe care transitions by maintaining accurate, real-time documentation, participating in hand-offs, and communicating patient progress with the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with RNs and providers to update care plans and ensure continuity of care across the hospitalization.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of accredited LPN program required.

Experience: One (1) year of previous CNA/PCT experience preferred.

License(s)/Certification(s): Valid LPN license in the state(s) of Iowa. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
