💰 Compensation

Starting Pay: $26–$32/hour (based on experience)

🌙 $3/hour Weekday Night Shift Differential

🎉 $4/hour Weekend Shift Differential (Saturday & Sunday)

🩺 What You'll Do

• ✨ Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents with compassion and professionalism
• ✨ Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• ✨ Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN and physician
• ✨ Accurately document care provided in the medical record
• ✨ Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes
• ✨ Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• ✨ Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families while providing exceptional customer service

✅ What We're Looking For

• Current South Carolina LPN license
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus
• Excellent assessment and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• A commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
