BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a Compass Call Aircraft Maintenance and Supply Specialist. This role combines the responsibilities of aircraft maintenance equipment technical support and supply chain management to ensure the effective operation of our Compass Call program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and manage tools and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Coordinate with customers to recommend changes to tools and aircraft maintenance equipment
• Develop and implement functions to meet compliance requirements for various government and regulatory agencies
• Monitor and manage equipment inventory, including tracking and reporting on equipment condition, serviceability, and accountability
• Support procurement and management of government-furnished equipment
• Provide support for government audits and inventories
• Coordinate with government personnel on shipping and receiving requirements
• Maintain local and offsite program inventories, including Component Repair Services Bench Stock
• Initiate, order, and track supply requisitions and materials
• Conduct inventory and inspections of equipment for condition, serviceability, and accountability
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials and waste regulations
• Update daily status reports for program office briefings

Work Requirements:

This role requires full-time on-site work at a BAE Systems facility, with occasional rotational support during non-standard hours (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts) to support site operations. Deployment events may be required, ranging from one to twelve consecutive weeks at a time, to both domestic and international locations.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill sets; ability to work well in a team/customer environment
• Experience with Supply chain management; particularly inventory, receiving, issuing, etc
• Demonstrated experience with a tool control program, including exercised knowledge in the use, inspection, and maintenance of aircraft tools and test equipment through an Air Force maintenance Support Section or equivalent
• Basic experience with identifying and cleaning corrosion from tools and equipment
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Familiarity with storage and issue of hazardous materials and disposal of hazardous waste products. Basic knowledge in the use of a laser etcher. Experience processing aircraft Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) for calibration through Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL). 5 or more years of experience in Compass Call supply system. Experience with Big Safari Inventory System. Working knowledge of TCMax Asset Management Suite. Hazardous Material shipping experience.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
