Office Assistant - Cleveland

Clark's White Glove Delivery provides furniture receiving, warehousing, and white glove delivery services across multiple locations. We work with furniture retailers, interior designers, and their customers to ensure furniture is handled carefully and delivered professionally.

We're looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Office Assistant to support our Cleveland operation. This is a busy role with plenty of phone calls, emails, delivery scheduling, and truck routing. We need someone who stays organized, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of getting things done.

We're a small team, so reliability is essential. Everyone's contribution matters, and we depend on each other to keep the day running smoothly. Consistent attendance, punctuality, and following through on commitments are core expectations of this position.

What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Schedule deliveries and communicate with customers about delivery dates and expectations.
• Build and adjust truck routes to support efficient, on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management throughout the day.
• Keep customers and clients updated and help resolve delivery questions or concerns.
• Enter and update orders, delivery notes, and customer information accurately.
• Follow through on outstanding tasks and keep work moving without constant supervision.
