Your Job

As Manager, Logistics, you will support the Plant Manager and take full ownership of the Logistics department's operations — covering warehouse, import/export, inventory control, customs, and systems — to ensure reliable delivery performance and full compliance with Molex standards, international and local laws.

Our Team

You will lead a team of Senior Officers and Officers, and work closely with all internal functions, forwarders, customers, Molex global entities, and local authorities.

What You Will Do

• Define department strategy, key focus areas, KPIs (freight & duty rate, receiving and delivery performance, day stock index, slow & excess, customs clearance and liquidation) and goals; plan, organize, execute and review to achieve them.
• Manage end-to-end logistics operations: warehouse management, export, logistics, inventory control, SAP/ITS system, administration, ISO, EMS, TS16949, CSR and RBA requirements.
• Define and review department policies, procedures, processes and work instructions to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
• Assess, select and develop forwarders; control Molex inventory/assets at suppliers and vendors, as well as customer property at Molex Vietnam.
• Support the Plant Manager in working with local authorities and ensure operations comply with applicable laws.
• Recruit, set and review RR&E, train and coach team members, manage people relations and performance assessment.
• Take responsibility for the financial performance related to department operations.
• Ensure compliance with 7S & Kaizen, EHS, RBA & Social Responsibility, and protection of company assets.
• Support and contribute to Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO and EH&S management systems.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing, import and export processes.
• Good command of English (both spoken and written).
• Understanding of international and local laws related to logistics and customs.
• Strong work planning, problem-solving, leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in building procedures, processes, standards and work instructions.
