Job Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced clinical assessment and management of neonates in the NICU.
• Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line placement, and peripheral arterial lines.
• Attend high-risk deliveries and partake in ground and air transports (fixed wing).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EMR system (EPIC).

Qualifications:

• Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Experience in a Level 3 NICU setting.
• Demonstrated ability to perform required procedures independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active North Dakota Nurse Practitioner License.
• DEA certification.
• NRP certification.
• Clean malpractice history is highly preferred.
