Assisted Living & Memory Care Campus

Are you a creative visionary who loves bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We're looking for an energetic, innovative, and compassionate leader to build an exceptional Life Enrichment & Community Engagement program for our assisted living and memory care campus. This is not your traditional Activities Director position! We want someone who thinks beyond bingo and crafts. Someone who sees endless opportunities to create joy, foster friendships, celebrate life, and make every day meaningful.

Your Creativity. Your Vision. Our Support.

You'll have a generous programming budget, management support, and the creative freedom to develop an exciting, engaging calendar of experiences!

Your role will include:

  • Events & Celebrations: Plan themed parties, holiday celebrations, family gatherings, outings, and unique resident experiences.
  • Entertainment: Bring in musicians, performers, artists, guest speakers, and other entertainers.
  • Community Partnerships: Recruit and coordinate volunteers, schools, churches, local businesses, and organizations.
  • Memory Care Enrichment: Develop engaging, individualized programming incorporating music, sensory experiences, reminiscence, movement, and meaningful connections.
  • Social Media & Storytelling: Capture and share the special moments happening throughout our campus, with appropriate consent and privacy safeguards.
  • Resident-Led Programming: Get to know our residents' life stories, interests, talents, and wishes, and build programs that reflect who they are.
  • Family Engagement: Create opportunities for families to participate, celebrate, and connect with their loved ones.

Qualifications:

❤️ We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a natural gift for connecting with people.
  • Brings positive energy, imagination, and enthusiasm.
  • Is organized, resourceful, and confident managing a budget.
  • Enjoys planning events and building community relationships.
  • Understands that meaningful engagement looks different for every resident.
  • Takes ownership, follows through, and continually looks for ways to improve.

Experience in senior living, recreation, hospitality, event planning, education, or community engagement is welcome!

Your Success Will Be Measured by What Matters

We want a leader who takes pride in creating a thriving community. Success will include strong resident participation, meaningful individualized memory care engagement, positive resident and family feedback, growing volunteer partnerships, and a vibrant calendar of experiences. Our philosophy is simple: Residents deserve more than a place to live. They deserve a community filled with purpose, friendships, laughter, experiences, and reasons to look forward to tomorrow. We will provide the resources. You bring the passion, creativity, and leadership!

📩 Interested in building something extraordinary?

Send us your resume and tell us about an event, program, or experience you'd be excited to bring to life. Come help us make every day worth celebrating! ❤️
