Pay: $35 to $40 per hour.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- MSW required for healthcare settings.
- CPR/BLS required
- Current, valid state Social Work license (LSW/LMSW/LCSW, depending on position and state).
- 2 years of social work experience is must, preferably in a hospital, healthcare, behavioral health, hospice, or clinical setting.
- Experience with patient assessment, case management, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination.
