Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN Days

Looking for the freedom to work when it fits your schedule? At Cascades at Orchard Park, our PRN day shifts allow you to stay active in nursing, pick up coverage shifts as needed, and continue making a meaningful impact-all without the commitment of a fixed schedule.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay:
• Flexible, On-Call Scheduling: Day shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), as coverage is needed
• Low Commitment: Required to pick up at least 1 shift per month
• No Weekend Requirement

What You'll Do:

• Order and manage medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
• Prepare and administer treatments and medications as ordered by physicians
• Notify physicians and/or family members when there is a change in resident condition
• Deliver professional nursing services such as tube feedings, suction, catheterization, wound care, dressing changes, packs, and irrigations as necessary
• Provide continuous observation and monitoring of seriously ill residents
• Advocate for residents, ensuring that care provided by the team aligns with resident care plans and personal wishes
• Accurately complete required documentation and charting in a timely manner
• Provide compassionate, professional nursing care to geriatric residents requiring 24/7 support

Training & Support:
