JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: LPN

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

LPN is needed to provide top quality patient care in a fast-paced, GI Clinic setting. Duties include rooming patients, EMR charting, telephone triage, Rx refills, entering orders for labs and imaging, pre authorizations on specialty drugs, and arranging medication shipments. Will work in a team environment with physician and GI staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

Louisiana LPN license and IV certification are required. This position requires the ability to work between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:00 pm.

Prior experience in a GI clinic preferred.
