We are offering a $5k Sign on Bonus for full time and $2,500 Sign on Bonus for Part time!

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC/LMFT/Licensed Psychologist) to join our team of compassionate and dedicated professionals. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will provide high-quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide behavioral health services to residents of long-term care and rehabilitation centers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with various mental health conditions
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and services
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' mental health needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' mental health needs
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation

Requirements:

• License: LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
• Education: Master's degree in a related field
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in mental health services
