Job Description

The Learning Experience - Milford is looking for experienced early childhood educators who are ready to lead a classroom and take the next step in their teaching career.

We're open to qualified Infant-Toddler and Preschool educators. Instead of limiting this opportunity to one age group, we'll consider your qualifications, experience, strengths, and classroom preference to help determine the best fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a high-quality early childhood classroom
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Implement The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Support children's cognitive, language, physical, and social-emotional development
• Establish positive classroom routines and provide consistent guidance
• Observe and document children's development
• Guide and collaborate with Assistant Teachers
• Build positive relationships and communicate regularly with families
• Maintain classroom quality, safety, and organization
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements

Qualifications

• Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements to serve as a Lead Teacher
• Infant-Toddler, Preschool, or multiple age-group qualifications welcomed
• Professional early childhood classroom experience required
• Lead Teacher or classroom leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Dependable, collaborative, and passionate about early childhood education
