Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Medical-Surgical care to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health statuses.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients' progress and responses to treatment.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical-surgical nursing role is required.

Certifications / Licensure

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
