Hourly Pay $19 to $23

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry
• Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is an advantage
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Must be compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and provide individualized assistance
