POSITION OVERVIEW

We are actively hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate in-home care assignments throughout the Hampton Roads area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and agency policies.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
• Promote client dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans and report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Current CNA certification or PCA credentials appropriate to the position.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude.
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care instructions.
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality care to seniors in their homes.

Please note: Previous caregiving experience is required. Training is not provided.
