The Opportunity

KRUSH Tech is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role will serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for help desk support, own identity and access management through Okta, and manage end-to-end equipment provisioning for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a service mindset and a passion for building reliable IT operations from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for help desk tickets, resolving complex hardware, software, network, and account-access issues.
• Administer user lifecycle in Okta, including provisioning, deprovisioning, group/role assignments, SSO, and MFA troubleshooting.
• Own end-to-end equipment provisioning — imaging, configuring, and deploying laptops and peripherals for new hires.
• Maintain an accurate hardware asset inventory, including assignment, warranty, and lifecycle status.
• Partner with HR/People Ops on joiner, mover, and leaver workflows to ensure timely and accurate access and equipment changes.
• Build and document IT onboarding/offboarding runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of IT support experience, with demonstrated Tier 2/3-level troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or a comparable identity provider (Azure AD/Entra ID, OneLogin, etc.).
• Experience owning equipment/asset provisioning and lifecycle management in a corporate environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint support.
• Strong ownership mentality — comfortable operating with limited process in an early-stage environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an early-stage, hardware-adjacent, or regulated (aerospace/defense) company.
• MDM experience (Jamf, Intune, or similar).
• Familiarity with export-control considerations (ITAR/EAR) as they relate to equipment and system access.
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Okta Workflows, etc.) to streamline provisioning.
• Prior experience building IT documentation or onboarding processes from scratch.
