IT Support (Tier 2) Position Summary:

We offer flexible work schedules, including a 4-day workweek and 32/40-hour options. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues for our clients, documenting IT-related information, and providing friendly and efficient customer service to end-users.
