Job Description

Automated Health Systems is seeking an IT Specialist to support technology infrastructure, system operations, and IT initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and support system infrastructure and operations
Coordinate IT activities and oversee technical support
Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with internal and external technology teams
Support installation and maintenance of systems and software
Ensure secure transmission and management of data
Prepare reports on system performance
Assist with technology improvements and IT projects

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
3+ years of IT management or systems support experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
Experience with system infrastructure and integrations preferred
