Position Summary:

The Service Desk Analyst I supports employee onboarding, role changes, terminations, and access management across company systems and applications. This role is responsible for provisioning and troubleshooting user access, responding to service requests, maintaining documentation, and providing occasional deskside support for office-based employees. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process new hire, employee change, and termination requests.
• Provision, modify, and remove user access across business applications and systems.
• Troubleshoot accounts, permissions, authentication, and access-related issues.
• Respond to incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Provide occasional deskside support for office users.
• Maintain and improve SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
• Document work performed and communicate status updates effectively.
• Assist with process improvements and automation opportunities where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail and commitment to documentation.
• Previous experience in a Service Desk, or IT support role preferred.
• Experience with user provisioning, access management, or employee onboarding/offboarding processes preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise identity and device management platforms preferred.

• Technical documentation and SOP development

COMPENSATION:

$23-29/hourly + 10% annual bonus opportunity
