Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team! As an IT Manager, you will be directly supporting all staff and departments across the company with IT and technical issues, equipment, and policies. You will also oversee all upgrades to equipment, manage security concerns, and communicate effectively with all other departments. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of IT policies, experience managing a team, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and guidance to staff on all technical aspects
• Assist with training for staff on basic IT best practices company wide
• Oversee all installation and upgrades to computers and IT devices, as necessary
• Document all work performed, create status reports for ongoing issues, and maintain detailed records
• Oversee security functions to identify threats and manage security concerns
