Candidates must be willing to cross-train and support other production tasks as needed.
Requirements vary by role. Assemblers frequently lift, push, or pull 10–25 pounds and occasionally handle 25–45 pounds. Coil Winders occasionally push or pull 30–100 pounds and lift or carry 10–50 pounds. Both roles involve standing, repetitive hand use, reaching, and walking, with standing for up to 12 hours per day. Material Handlers stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds; approximately 25–40% of the role involves computer and handheld scanner use.
