Salary Range

$55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to get with district support prior to start.
• Active Virginia Life and Health insurance license or willingness to get with district support.
• Sincere interest in serving the community
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate standard computer systems and office software.
• Strong comfort level with engaging new people through phone calls, emails, texts and organized follow up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with prospective clients to help protect their families and assets.
• Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure clients have appropriate coverage for their specific needs.
• Explain complex insurance concepts in a simple, clear, and helpful way.
• Manage your own pipeline of prospects and follow up on incoming leads consistently.
• Collaborate with the District 61 office to learn the ropes of our proven sales process and agency systems.
• Provide ongoing support to policyholders when they need to make changes or have questions about their current coverage.
