Salary Range

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Valid Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License or willing to acquire
• Valid Michigan Life & Health Insurance License or willing to acquire
• At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Proficiency in agency management software and Microsoft Office suite, a benefit but not required
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage with new prospective clients to understand their personal risk profiles and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Conduct professional, consultative insurance reviews for existing clients to ensure their coverage matches their current needs.
• Maintain an active pipeline of leads by networking within the local Lansing community and asking for referrals.
• Accurately prepare insurance applications, process payments, and manage documentation with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with agency staff to address client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of retention.
• Meet weekly outreach goals to maintain consistent agency growth and brand awareness.
