As an Insurance Sales Manager Trainee, you will receive hands-on experience working with customers, learning insurance products, developing new business, and building long-term client relationships. You'll work with products including auto, home, life, commercial insurance, and more. Previous insurance experience is not required.

Qualified candidates receive support with insurance licensing and access to Farmers' nationally recognized training resources, along with guidance from experienced insurance professionals. Salary Range:

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are motivated to learn, comfortable communicating with customers, and interested in building a long-term career in insurance and sales. Sales or customer-facing experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Learn to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Assist customers with auto, home, life, commercial, and specialty insurance products
• Develop new client relationships through sales, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Build and maintain a growing client book of business
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and coverage options
• Assist customers with policy changes and insurance-related questions
• Participate in licensing, product, sales, and professional development training
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products, industry developments, and regulations
• Collaborate with experienced team members to achieve individual and team goals
