Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client questions and requests.
• Assist clients with policy service needs, account updates, and general insurance inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to review clients' existing coverage and connect them with the appropriate team member when additional assistance is needed.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep account information organized.
• Work closely with the agent and team members to deliver a positive client experience.
