About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to serve as a key leader of our client's technology infrastructure team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing infrastructure operations, strengthening security and reliability, and leading a team through continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee infrastructure operations and reliability across servers, cloud, networks, and storage
• Manage network, systems, and cloud administration
• Lead infrastructure security efforts, including business continuity and disaster recovery
• Provide team leadership and service management
• Drive infrastructure planning, projects, and vendor management
• Maintain documentation, standards, and continuous improvement practices

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of IT infrastructure management experience in a similarly sized environment
• Experience working with O365, Azure cloud, and Cisco technologies
• Willingness to work hands-on while managing a team's day-to-day infrastructure task
• Knowledge of or experience with AI and information security

Preferred:

• Experience working in a higher education environment
• 4-year IT-related degree
• Project management experience
