Summary

Responsible for the development, design and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects. Working closely with other developers, designers, business and systems analysts Develop applications. Provide guidance on industry best practices, guidelines and governance for web applications and web sites. Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure end product is delivered with quality outcomes. Perform benefit analysis for IT solutions and make recommendations for technology direction. Researching, designing, implementing and managing software programs Testing and evaluating new programs Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications Writing and implementing efficient code Determining operational practicality Developing quality assurance procedures Deploying software tools, processes and metrics Maintaining and upgrading existing systems This position will work closely with the product operations team to implement solutions around internal tooling to help drive developer productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical Degree or related discipline
• Experience in designing and building applications in various languages.
• In-depth knowledge of programming for diverse operating systems and platforms using development tools
• Programming language: sql + any other common languages(java, c++, c#, python, scala, golang etc.)
• Data processing tools: spark or pandas
• Other tools: git
• Nice to have: enjoys leveraging LLM tools to be self sufficient
