  • Managing team members who use a ticketing system for work assignments; providing training and quality control on communication and work product.
  • Creating and uploading best-practice user access management; experience with auditing user system access is preferred.
  • Anticipating and communicating system changes that impact users; trouble-shooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Communicating with executive leadership through written and in-person channels, as well as creating and conducting effective presentations for leadership and decision-makers.
  • Providing timely solutions and recommendations to critical needs, as well as balancing short-term fixes with long-term solutions.
  • Managing hardware and software assets, primarily computer workstations and specialized software.
  • Conducting fact-finding and writing technical reports and long-range planning studies.
  • Planning and scheduling work tasks independently so that outputs are timely and provide high-quality outcomes.
  • Understanding technology and systems concepts, such as computer programming, system analysis and design principles and practices.
  • Analyzing complex business and technical requirements, assisting with translating requirements into system solutions, and coordinating testing and defect resolution.
  • Coordinating requirements gathering and testing efforts with technology and infrastructure teams for data and integration activities.
  • Interacting with vendors and helping resolve issues with use of third-party managed systems used by MQA.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures and providing interpretation and guidance to staff as needed.
  • Managing work using project management concepts to plan work activities and milestones.
