Daily Responsibilities:

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the Infants and parents.
• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals.
• Track children’s progress and report to parents.
• Help children reach developmental milestones.
• Provide a safe and loving environment that nurtures the social, emotional, cognitive, creative and physical development of each child.
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff.

Requirements:

• One year experience working with Infants.
• Participate in staff and training meetings.
• Commit to continuing education.

Primrose School of Exton offers competitive compensation and benefits based on experience, education, and certifications.

Salary:

$18 to $25 an hour based on experience and education

Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday ONLY
