About Executive Home Care of Augusta

Executive Home Care of Augusta is a veteran-owned, concierge-level private home care agency serving families across Augusta, Evans, Martinez, Grovetown, and the greater CSRA. We help seniors and adults live safely and with dignity at home, and we know that great care starts with great caregivers. That’s why every caregiver on our team is a W-2 employee, not a contractor, with the support, training, and respect you deserve.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
  • Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Give medication reminders and support daily routines
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands (if applicable)
  • Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the office

Why Caregivers Choose Us

  • W-2 employment, with taxes handled for you
  • $15–$16.50 per hour, paid [biweekly], with optional early access to your earned wages through ZayZoon
  • Flexible scheduling: days, evenings, overnights, weekends, live-in
  • Thoughtful caregiver–client matching, so you’re placed with clients who fit your strengths
  • Paid training and ongoing education through our online learning platform
  • A supportive office team that answers the phone and has your back
  • Leadership with a military background that values integrity, accountability, and taking care of our people

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine heart for serving others, plus patience, reliability, and professionalism
  • CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred but not required / 6+ months of caregiving experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and assist with physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills and dependable attendance
