POSITION DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of Human Resource Leaders, manages operational, clerical and technical human resources functions, policy/procedure enforcement as well as employee relations, enforcement of equal opportunity and labor law and organizational compliance. Oversees disciplinary actions and terminations and serves as a resource for employees and management regarding processes. Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in Human Resources from an accredited college or university

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5 or more years as a HR Generalist or 5 years of management that includes managing and developing staff
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 3 or more years as a Manager of Human Resources

Our Story

We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals.
