Bilingual HR Business Partner | $90K-$115K

Our client is a leader in the food production and distribution industry, recognized for its commitment to innovation, operational excellence and delivering quality products at scale.

As the HR Business Partner, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution operation. You'll spend time on the production floor building relationships, coaching leaders, resolving employee issues, and driving HR initiatives that directly impact business performance.

• ✅ Lead employee relations investigations and conflict resolution efforts
• ✅ Coach managers on performance management, discipline, engagement, and career development
• ✅ Support leave administration, workplace investigations, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
• ✅ Partner with frontline leaders across production, maintenance, quality, inventory control, and sanitation teams

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Bilingual Spanish
• 4+ years of progressive HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Manager experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, food production, or plant operations environments
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
• Experience with Kronos or similar workforce management systems is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
